Return & Refund Policy

At SmartNest UAE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number along with clear photos or video showing the issue so we can review it.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-care or beauty products that have been opened, used, or had their protective seals removed may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items damaged through misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or circumstances occurring after delivery are not eligible for return.

Cash on Delivery Orders

SmartNest UAE currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD). Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and pay the amount due at delivery.

Refunds

Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, we will arrange the refund using an appropriate available method. Processing times may vary depending on the refund method.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or dispatched.
